The proposed contract action is to reupholster existing furniture for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit responses, including sufficient detailed information to indicate the capability of providing services specifically to reupholster exisiting Delano furniture. Furthermore, interested persons shall provide documentation that the interested contractor is authorized to provide these reupholstery services for Delano furniture.

This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes/submittals received by 28 November 2014 at 4:00 pm CST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the below point of contacts.
