NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to Global Ground Support, LLC. Items to be purchased: 975-01054 field kit, upgrade to new P-1SC second generation air plus procharger assembly QTY 16, 975-01016 field kit enclosed cab fluid plumbing upgrade with three barrel nozzle. All labor and installation included. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 30 April 10. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
