The Iowa DOT is seeking a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Consultant to assist the Iowa Department of Transportation in reaching goals that have been established for the agency around diversity, equity and inclusion. The Iowa DOT encourages responders to offer your solution that best meets the minimum requirements as outlined on the attached documents. The DOT would like the contract to begin on 5/1/2022 and continue for 1 year. If responders feel that more time would be needed for this engagement please specify this in your timeline/work plan. Responders are to open each Tab of this proposal in Ion Wave from left to right when submitting responses to insure all requirements are seen. Responders to submit solicitation "Work Plan/Technical Response" & "Cost Proposal Response" on the "Response Attachment" tab as separate attachments. All submitted "Cost Proposals" must be a separate attachment from the "Work Plan/Technical Proposal". Do not include costs in the Technical Response. Communications: All questions must be directed solely to the purchasing agent listed in the bid opportunity. Inquiries must be submitted within the Ion Wave system. Written, phoned, or faxed bids can be accepted only if responder does not have the means to submit electronically. Responders must contact the agent assigned to the bid opportunity. In all cases, written communication will take precedence over verbal communication.
