DLA Troop Support, Subsistence Directorate, Operational Rations IST Group Rations Team intends to solicit Request for Proposal SPE3S1-16-R-0001 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Tiered, Five Year Firm Fixed-Price Contract with an Economic Price Adjustment to provide continued supply of the Dehydrated Juice. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by DLA Troop Support. A contract will be awarded using Low Price Technically Acceptable source selection procedures. This will be an unrestricted acquisition.

The Dehydrated Orange and Grape Juices are components of the Unitized Group Ration-Heat & Serve (UGR-H&S) and Unitized Group Ration - M (UGR-M, formerly UGR-B), end-items/modules used by the military services. The shelf life of the required items is a minimum of 36 months at 80°F. The unit of issue is packaged in a metal can. The UGR-H&S and UGR-M will be assembled at the Defense Depot in Tracy, CA.

Inspection is at the Contractor's Plant and Acceptance is at Destination, upon execution of DD Form 250 by the authorized Government representative. Required delivery dates shall begin within 120 days after issuance of each delivery order. Pricing is FOB Destination for orders delivered to the depot in Tracy,CA. Delivery quantities shall be provided via delivery orders issued on an as needed basis. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the following ship to address:
