The original DM was conducted by Global Resources and copies of the report are available in the USTDA library. You can request electronic versions of the report from them at 703-875-4357. 2. Is it possible to have a copy of the RFP that was advertised for the project? The RFP for this project has not yet been advertised. However, all relevant and background information on the project is available in the DM report prepared by Global Resources. 3. Also, is Global Resources ineligible under the contractor follow-on restriction or are they eligible to submit a proposal for this DM as well? There is no contractor follow-on restriction for this DM and Global Resources is eligible to submit a proposal for this DM.
