The purpoase of this amendment is to answer a question asked by a vendor and to reopen the solication for a two more days. 

A vendor wanted a more indepth description about where these defibrilattors will be.

 The end user stated the following:

The type of defibrillator that we use during codes in the hospital has to be able to monitor the patients, pulse, pulse oximetry (Sp02), capnography (etC02), ECG Rhythm Monitoring.

The Soliciation will be open until 10:00AM EST September 23,2013. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
