The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Activity/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 awarded Contract HHM402-09-D-0015 for Defensive Missile Systems Analysis to Dynetics, Incorporated, 100 Explorer Blvd, PO Drawer B, Huntsville, AL 35806. This contract was awarded as a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) requirements type contract. The purpose of this action is to inform the public that the ceiling amount for the base period is being increased by $11,000,000. The total increase in the ceiling is $11,000,000 and the overall ceiling amount of the contract is changed from $88,870,579 to $99,870,579.
