In order to support Department of Education's efforts to meet its small business goals, the Department intends to award one or more contracts to qualified Hub-Zone small business(es) and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business(es), if qualified offer(s) are received from those socio-economic concerns.
The Government anticipates awarding multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under NAICS code 561440, which has a small business size standard of $14M. The resulting IDIQ awards will have a Base Ordering Period of five (5) years and one (1), five (5)-year Optional Ordering Period, with the possibility of an award term extension for up to two (2) years.
