the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will
not be issued.

Solicitation number, 030ADV19Q0185, is issued as an unrestricted Request
For Proposals (RFP).

This requirement is not set-aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS
code is 517311 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers. The applicable Product
Service Code is D322 - IT and Telecom- Internet.

This solicitation includes information for two anticipated single-award, Firm Fixed-Price commercial contracts.
