The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following items: Chaff Decoy Testing (Qty 1 Job). This requirement is sole sourced to Alloy Surfaces Company, Inc., 121 North Commerce Drive, Chester Township, PA 19014 as they must be compatible with existing equipment and also due to unique development and data rights. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to Yvonne Stockwell at [email protected] no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The response shall reference solicitation number N6893620Q0270 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
