**THIS IS A SYNOPSIS**

Hill AFB intends to compete the upcoming Decoy Magazine Simulator(DMS) Repair full and open.

The contractor shall provide in-depth engineering expertise of the F-16 DMS computer system to provide the Government with a developed Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM)of the DMS for the ALE-50 TDS. See attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for complete details of the requirement.
