This requirement is sole sourced to Acroamatics Telemetry Systems, 5385 Hollister Ave, Bldg 5, Ste 102, Santa Barbara, CA 93111-2365 due to unique capability. This material is a direct replacement items and mast be compatable for fit/form/function including the loading of earlier generation telemetry card set-up files. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship.
