INVITATION TO BID – MANSFIELD UNIVERSITY 410-MU-19-01: Decker Heating System Conversion Mansfield University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this project at Mansfield University, Mansfield, Tioga County, Pennsylvania consists of demolition, new gas fired boilers, pool and domestic water heaters, pumps, piping and associate controls and electrical work in the Decker Building on the campus of Mansfield University in Mansfield, Tioga County, PA. Additional work as indicated on the drawings and in the specifications. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the HVAC Construction as specified in Section 0131000. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all work and incidental and related construction at the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University representative. A Mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on February 16, 2021 at 10:00 AM in the MU Decker Building Mechanical Room on the campus of Mansfield University located in Mansfield, PA 16933. The Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory. Due to campus restrictions, only one representative from each company should attend the pre-bid meeting, mask and social distancing is required while on campus.
