Open - accepting bids and proposals Tuesday, September 26, 2023 - 10:00am The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids for the Decatur Public Works Annex Build Out, Decatur, Georgia 30030, on September 26, 2023 until 10:00 am, in the City Commission Room at Decatur City Hall, 509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, Georgia, 30030, at that time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This work project includes the construction of an ADA restroom and the build out of an open office space at the Decatur Public Works Annex located at 2635 Talley Street Decatur Georgia, 30030. The project is specifically outlined in the architectural documents included in this request for proposal. The proposals must be delivered by the deadline to the City Manager’s Office on the 2nd Floor of the Decatur City Hall, (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be marked the “The Decatur Public Works Annex Build Out”. The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original. A mandatory pre-bid meeting onsite is scheduled for 10:00AM, September 13, 2023 at Decatur Public Works located at 2635 Talley Street, Decatur, GA 30030. A site visit can also occur by appointment.
