The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids for the Decatur Legacy Park Stone Dairy Barn Stabilization Project, Decatur, Georgia 30030, on November 29, 2021 until 10:00 am, in the City Commission Room at Decatur City Hall, 509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, Georgia, 30030, at that time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This work project includes the stabilization of the Stone Dairy Barn on the campus of Legacy Park located at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030. The project includes the removal of the existing shingle roof, repair and replacement of decking, installation of an insulating roofing system to fry the building to prevent any future deterioration of the wooden framing system and other items as specifically outlined in the architectural document attached. The proposals must be delivered by the deadline to the City Manager’s Office on the 2nd Floor of the Decatur City Hall, (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be marked the “Decatur Legacy Park Stone Dairy Barn Stabilization Project”. The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original. A pre-bid meeting onsite is scheduled for 10:00AM, November 17, 2021 at Legacy Park located at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030. A site visit can also occur by appointment.
