This work project includes the replacement of the roof on Sheddon Cottage located on the campus of Legacy Park at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030. The proposals must be delivered by the deadline to the City Manager’s Office on the 2nd Floor of the Decatur City Hall, (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be marked “Sealed Bid for Decatur Legacy Park Sheddon Roof Replacement” The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original. A pre-bid meeting onsite is scheduled for 10 am, April 2, 2021 at Legacy Park located at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030. A site visit can also occur by appointment.
