This work project includes the exterior and second floor interior of Decatur City Hall located at 509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030, the painting of the Decatur Bandstand located on the Decatur Square, and the exterior painting of the Public Works Building located at 2635 Talley Street, Decatur, GA 30030. The proposals must be delivered by the deadline to the City Manager’s Office on the 2nd Floor of the Decatur City Hall, (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be marked “Sealed Bid for Decatur Legacy Park Sheddon Roof Replacement” The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original. A site visit can also occur by appointment.
