Open - accepting bids and proposals Thursday, May 9, 2024 - 10:00am This request for proposals (RFP) is for construction of the Decatur Legacy Park Nickerson Building Renovation. This work project includes renovating Nickerson Cottage to provide wheelchair accessibility at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030.The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids until 10:00 AM, May 9, 2024. The proposals must be mailed or hand delivered to the City Manager’s Office on the 2nd Floor of the Decatur City Hall (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be marked “Decatur Legacy Park Nickerson Building Renovation” The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00AM, May 2, 2024 onsite at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030 at the Nickerson Building.
