The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids for construction of the Decatur Legacy Park Nickerson Building Renovation, until 10:00 AM, May 9, 2024 in the City Commission Room at Decatur City Hall, 509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, Georgia, 30030, at that time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This work project includes renovating Nickerson Cottage to provide wheelchair accessibility at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030. The proposals must be mailed or hand delivered to the City Manager¿s Office on the 2nd Floor of the Decatur City Hall (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be marked ¿Decatur Legacy Park Nickerson Building Renovation¿ The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 11:00AM, April 30, 2024 onsite at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030 at the Nickerson Building.
