The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids for the Decatur Legacy Park Hawkins Commercial Kitchen Upgrades, Decatur, Georgia 30030, on June 21, 2023 until 10:00 am, in the City Commission Room at Decatur City Hall, 509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, Georgia, 30030, at that time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This work project includes the renovation of a commercial kitchen with the addition of an ADA restroom and construction of a new loading dock to provide accessible, exterior access to the kitchen space. The Hawkins building located on the campus of Legacy Park located at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030. The project is specifically outlined in the architectural document included in this request for proposal. The proposals must be delivered by the deadline to the City Manager’s Office on the 2nd Floor of the Decatur City Hall, (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be marked the “Decatur Legacy Park Hawkins Commercial Kitchen Upgrades”. The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original. A pre-bid meeting onsite is scheduled for 10:00AM, June 14, 2023 at Legacy Park located at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030. A site visit can also occur by appointment.
