Open - accepting bids and proposals Friday, January 10, 2020 - 10:00am The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids for painting of the Fire Station #1 Interior Painting, until 10 a.m., January 15 in the City Commission Room at Decatur City Hall, 509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, Georgia, 30030, at that time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This work project includes the painting of the interior of Fire Station #1 located at 230 East Trinity Place, Decatur, Georgia 30030 The proposals must be mailed or hand delivered to the City Manager’s Office on the 2nd Floor of the Decatur City Hall (509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030) and shall be marked “Sealed Bid for Fire Station #1 Interior Painting” The bidder must submit three (3) copies of their proposal with one marked original. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10 a.m., January 8 located at 500 South Columbia Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030. A site visit will be provided as part of the meeting at the Fire Station.
