This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepred in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemted with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitues the only soclitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation number D-16-SA-0091 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). 

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement  for:

Item 001  - Full Color 15" plastic DEA Seal - 30 items total.
Item 002 - Gold and Bronze 15" plastic DEA Seal - 20 items total.
Item 003 - Shipping and Handling

The vendor shall include the cost of the dies into the total price.  Upon completion the dies shall be shipped to DEA. 

The Government anticipates award of a single, firm fixed price purchase order, based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).  All quotes will be evaluated.  All questions shall be submitted to the Contract Support Specialist, Jason Fludd at [email protected].  The deadline for questions is July 8th 2016 at 11am.   All quotes shall be emailed to the Contract Support Specialist by the closing date of the solicitation.
