The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with LAZ PARKING LTD, LLC located at 15 LEWIS ST FL 5, HARTFORD, CT, 06103 for the acquisition of law enforcement personnel parking spaces at the Atlanta Field Division, Parking Lot 72A. This is a renewal of an exisiting parking agreement between LAZ Parking LTD, LLC and DEA.

In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government’s requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 “Simplified Acquisition Procedures”. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 812930, Parking Lots and Garages. The business size standard is $41.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is August 17, 2020 at 10:00 A.M.
