The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing rental of uniforms for the civilian employee’s usage of the Production and Service Branch, Nutrition Care Division (NCD) Dwight D Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA. 

Potential offerors having the ability to provide the service described are invited to provide a statement via e-mail. The statements shall not exceed six (6) pages and must include the following: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.); 2) DUNS number and CAGE code; 3) Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.); and 4)Provide adequate information on your company ability to fulfill this particular requirement.   Please label all responses with Fort Gordon Uniform Rental.  Contractor must be able to start performance on 31 January 2019.

Responses are due no later than 0700 EST, Wednesday, 23 January 2019, and shall be electronically submitted to Tara L. McAdoo at [email protected] and Charissa Hannah at [email protected].  All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.
