The contractor will develop and facilitate annual training for appointed Designated Disposition Authorities (DDAs) and other DoD personnel and contractors on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Military Munitions Rule (MMR), the DoD's Military Munitions Rule Implementation Procedures (MRIP), and relevant aspects of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) environmental regulations on identifying, handling, and disposing of DoD waste military munitions.
This will be a one year base contract, with 4 one year option periods. The period of performance will be approximately October 2017-September 2022. The Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition will be made publicly available within 14 days after award in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.305(a).
