The opening date for award has been extended to Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Please refer to the attached Addendum bulletin for specifics. The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), in coordination with the Office of Administration’s (OA’s) Conservation & Environment (C&E) HR Delivery Center, requires a Contractor to administer health screenings and provide certification for employees who perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to, facility inspections, site investigations, and emergency response. Services are required on an as-needed basis. Health screenings shall be performed at the Contractor’s facility. The Contractor must have facilities available for examinations and testing located within two (2) hours driving distance of each state park listed on Attachment B. This Contract is for a fixed site facility; mobile services are not acceptable. Please refer to the Statement of Work and Attachments for specifics.
