The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Bureau of Recreation and Conservation, requires a senior land conversion specialist, up to two junior land conversion specialists, and a mapping analyst in the Community Parks and Conservation Division, Land Conservation and Stewardship Section, specifically for the mitigation of conversion of protected park land and open space land to comply with the reporting requirements associated with but not limited to legislative requirements with Keystone, P-70, P-500 and LWCF.
