The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) / Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization - National Capital Region (DITCO-NCR) is seeking sources capable of meeting the information technology (IT) needs for the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).

Over the course of fiscal years (FY) 2019 - 2023, DCMA will sustain the Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS), an automated contract management workload assignment and visibility, workflow routing, and records generation system that utilizes the K2 Blackpearl Business Process Management Suite (BPMS) and integration of DCMA Commercial-off-the- Shelf (COTS) and Government-off-the-Shelf (GOTS) applications and SharePoint solutions.

IWMS provides DCMA integrated electronic Contract Administrative Services capabilities and allows users to input, manage, analyze, retrieve, modify and report on stored data and records in accordance with established policies, procedures, and goals. This Sources Sought Announcement will assist the Government in completing market research for the sustainment of IWMS.

Additional information regarding the scope of the aforementioned IT service contract is included throughout this Sources Sought Announcement.
