The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid for providing Wisconsin’s Department of Children and Families (DCF) with physical and electronic gift cards to be purchased and utilized as needed. Such gift cards are typically used for, but not limited to awarding participation in surveys, meetings, courses, programs, etc. DCF requires flexibility in quantity of gift cards purchased at a time as well as the denominations of the gift cards. Questions should be submitted as described in the Bid Document section 1.5. Do not submit questions through eSupplier.
