The Department hereby requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified Proposers interested in submitting Proposals for the design and construction of the Fontana Maintenance Station (Project) through a design-build Contract. The Project, further defined in Appendix A, is intended to design and construct a new maintenance station on State property located adjacent to and east of Southern Regional Laboratory (13970 Victoria Street). The estimated design-built contract cost of this Project (in 2020 is $21,000,000).
