A PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH WILL BE HELD AT Dawson Playfield, Portland Ave. E, & 90th St. E Tacoma WA 98445, FRIDAY, AUGUST 14th, 2020 @ 11:00 AM. The walk-through is anticipated to take approximately two hours and will include all work areas involved in the project. Bidders shall meet on the basketball courts. Those planning to attend the walk-through meeting will be required to sign-in. Tape measures and cameras will be allowed but no other tools may be brought onto the walk-through meeting. Due to the Governor’s requirement, masks must be worn at all times by all pre-bid walk through participants. Improvements at Dawson Playfield as described in the drawings and specifications. Scope includes but is not limited to demolition, play equipment, play surfacing, asphalt paving, concrete paving, porous concrete paving, signs, court surfacing, fencing, electrical improvements, stormwater system, irrigation, planting, and site furnishings
