It is the intent for the City of Evans to have landscape and irrigation design plans and construction plans developed for DaVinci Park located at Palermo Avenue & Florence Avenue (see Exhibit A). In addition to the completed plan sets the successful proposer will draft the scope and assist the City in bidding the project for construction. In comparing proposals, comparison will not be confined to price only. The successful proposer will be one whose product is judged as best serving the interests of the City of Evans when price, product, quality and delivery are considered. The City of Evans also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, and to waive any minor technicalities.
