It is the intent for the City of Evans to have the vacant parcel of land located in the 4100 block of Florence Avenue, the developed site will become known as DaVinci Park. The DaVinci Park project consists of a 1.9-acre, undeveloped park site located off Florence Avenue in the Tuscany housing development of Evans, Colorado. Brief summary of the site work includes site grading, the establishment of pathways, site furnishings, lawn areas, planting areas, and irrigation. Key components of the work include construction of a series of picnic spaces and 2 bike/scooter features characterized as a roller pathway and a bowled pathway. The construction drawings are in Addendum 1. Bids will be received by the Project Manager until 1:00pm on May 30th, 2022, at which time said bids will be opened and evaluated. Pre-Bid Meeting: A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00am, on May 4,2022, 2022, using Microsoft Teams. Interested bidders are required to email Scott Sandridge at [email protected] by 3:00pm, on April 28, 2022, to obtain an evite for the prebid meeting. Emails received after that deadline will not be responded to and contractors will not be able to attend the pre bid.
