The City of Davenport is seeking bids from qualified vendors for a Tree Felling Project at the Davenport Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP). The proposed improvements include felling of all trees three(3) inches in diameter and greater within a 9.1 acre area near the WPCP, located at 2606 S. Concord St, Davenport, IA. Trees are to be cut to a two (2) foot height above exiting grade and left on site. Electronic files will be made available for boundaries and staking. This work will be paid as a Lump Sum. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
