The City of Davenport is accepting bids for five water quality improvement projects located in five different City Parks. There are two grassed swales, a bioswale, and two native prairie plantings. This group of projects is funded with State Revolving Funds, which has specific specification requirements. The burn plan and burn bid tab items are specifically for the Prairie Heights location and will be done prior to the project seeding taking place. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:30am September 27, 2022 at Eastern Avenue Library, Meeting Room A, 6000 Eastern Avenue, Davenport, IA 52807. This will be the time to discuss the plans and specifications, any concerns, and the city expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have representative in attendance.
