The Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS), Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA), intends to renew an agreement with Intoximeters, Inc., for up to three (3) years. This agreement will provide the BCA with ongoing DataMaster Transportable (Intox DMT) software programming, enhancements, updates, instrument replacement, parts and labor for repairs performed by the manufacturer, and parts for instrument repairs performed by the BCA calibration laboratory. Intox DMT and its software are the proprietary products of Intoximeters, Inc. Intoximeters, Inc. is the only provider for the services, updates, and repairs. None are available from third-party suppliers.
