This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Dept. of Corrections (DOC), intends to enter into an agreement with DataBank IMX. The agreement will provide software maintenance, support and implementation services related to DOC’s OnBase upgrade project, Onbase is a document management system used by DOC. This contract is for up to a 12 month term. Because DataBank IMX retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
