Single Source Firm Fixed-Price requirement will provide HEC with support for software improvement to include data location groups implementation to support model linking in HEC-WAT (Watershed Analysis Tool) and CWMS (Corps Water Management System). It is also for CWMS Dashboard design to support real-time water management needs.
