This proposed contract action is for Data integration software for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is a sole source requirement that is proprietary to Lyniate corporation. No other supplies or services have been identified that will satisfy the government's needs The agency's minimum requirements are for a proven, high-performing interoperability platform software with built-in FHIR® capabilities that  is designed for robust and reliable acquisition and exchange of health data with a comprehensive set of tools to help simplify interoperability in complex healthcare environment Intelligent mapping that ensures data quality and cuts the time of traditional migration and conversion by up to half, reducing cost and risk while increasing continuity of performance. The need is for a scalable platform with the ability to process over 3,500 straight-through messages per second on a standard Intel® server  configuring new interfaces  with optimized user workflow.

This is a requirement of the USDA-APHIS, VS Program Services Division, Riverdale, Maryland. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However all proposals received within 6 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether it will become necessary to conduct a competitive procurement.
