PURCHASE NEEDS

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Michael Coffey at [email protected] ,  no later than 7:00am EST 3 August, 2020.  Items must be brand new.  Quote all items or none.
Solicitation N00421-20-Q-0456 is issued as a brand name procurement.  The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order for the needs of: 
•    Microfiche Conversion
•    Drawings Black and White 200-300 DPI
•    Indexing and converting of Black and White Aperture Cards (200-300 DPI)
•    On-site pack source documents for shipping
•    Delivery of Digital Media (DVD) after all items are scanned and indexed
under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.  Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov.

***Basis for Award***
The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis.  All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 7:00am EST 3 August, 2020.  Only brand name quotes will be considered.  Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quote.  The Government will not pay for any information received.
