This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the successful contractor to provide National Marine Fisheries Services (NMFS), Alaska Region one job of Professional Services for Data Analysis and Synthesis of Unpublished Diet Information on Cook Inlet Beluga Whales and Killer Whales, mostly from Stranding Events in accordance with the Statement of Work per the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ) NMFS AKR-21-0907 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541990 and is being solicited full and open competition.  See attached full RFQ with all terms and conditions which all contractors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Contractors must provide their Will or Will Not and Does or Does Not Statement per FAR Provision 52.204-24 which goes with FAR Clause 52.204-25.

NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Office of Management Division (OMD), requires that all contractors doing business with OMD be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
