The Delaware Army National Guard intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(i) to HFT Management Inc 18 Pleasant Grove Rd Long Valley NJ 07853-3443 (Gateway Outdoor Advertising for DART Buses) for advertising purposes. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is based on prior procurement history showing no other parties are able to place advertisements with DART First State.

The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed price purchase order resulting from this notice. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
