The purpose of Amendment 3, released on February 2, 2018, is to modify Section L-1.2 to extend proposal due dates to February 15, 2018. Although the government does not feel changes within Amendment 2 are material the government has decided to extend the proposal due date in order to afford all offerors an opportunity to compete for the changed requirements. In addition, this Amendment revises Attachment #4.
