The contractor shall provide support in such broad areas as administrative support, financial support, acquisition support, technical support, meeting/conference support, and contract administrative and management support to DARPA/STO for existing and planned STO programs in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for these services is 541690 (Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services); the classification code is "R" (Professional, Administrative and Management Support); and the Business Size Standard is $15,000,000.

This is a full and open competition anticipated to be issued on or about 08/12/2015.
On behalf of DARPA, the Acquisition Services Directorate, Division III intends to award a single Time and Materials contract. The Government anticipates a period of performance of a base and four option years.
