The purpose of this bid event is to establish an open agency contract for firefighting pumps as per the attached specifications. This contract will consist of six (6) Darley Pumps (Sole Brand NO SUBSTITUTES). Quantities stated in this bid event are ESTIMATES ONLY. Georgia Forestry Commission will place orders on an AS NEEDED basis. All bid prices must include any shipping or freight charges. The first initial period of this contract will begin on the date of award until June 30th, 2023.There will be four (4) optional renewal periods with the first renewal period starting July 1st, 2023. There will be an annual percentage of increase form that will be included in the bid for the remaining three (3) renewal periods.
