NSWCPD Intends to acquire, on a sole-source basis,  Data Acquisition Systems from Hottinger Baldwin Measurements, INC, a large busess as HBM's DAQ is the only commercially available unit able to record data utilizing multiple inputs from different cards at the same time. This DAQ also has the fastest sample rate available in a portable DAQ over 200MB/s.
