The 37th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source purchase order to O'Liners/L.A. Air Force, Dan O'Day for AF NEWS radio product critiques.

This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 23 Jul 08. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The intent of this procurement is to award based on Sole Source requirement.

The Government intends to evalute and award without discussions on this procurement. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. Quotes are not being requested and written solicitation will not be used. The justification for this sole source procurement is to continue mission support and continuity in the broadcast industry for the AF and sister services.
