Due to this acquisition being a Sole Source (OEM) Procurement (The VMC Group) it is not anticipated by the Contracting Officer that the number of responses to this RFQ will provide ample responses to warrant a Small Business Set-A-Side, therefore in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a) this IS NOT A Small Business Set-A-Side. The associated NAICS code is 326291 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.

7. Source selection:
The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process will be used; contract award will be made to a Contractor with the best value resulting from selection of the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price.
