The Hoosier National Forest has three earthen dams that need inspection and reporting of the valve assembly and structure at Celina Lake, Saddle Lake, and U-38 dams. These dams are located on the Tell City Ranger District.
Procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19.
