The Dalton Parks and Recreation Department is currently seeking Request for Proposal (RFP’s) from all interested, licensed & permitted suppliers for its July 4th, 2023 celebration fireworks show. Proposals cannot exceed our budget of $35,000. Show begins at approximately 9:30 pm on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023 at Heritage Point Park, 1275 Cross Plains Trail, Dalton, Ga, 30721. The rain date will be Wednesday, July 5th, 2023. Display lasting for a minimum of 20 minutes and must be aerial. Minimum shell size of 3 inches to 8 inches. Please see City website for RFP details. Request for Proposal must be sent to the City of Dalton-Finance Department, 300 W. Waugh Street, Dalton, GA 30720, and marked “Dalton Parks- Fireworks RFP”. All proposals must be received by Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023 at 2:00 PM. Proposals will be opened in the Finance Department, 300 W. Waugh Street, Dalton, GA on January 3rd, 2023 at 2:01 PM.
